I began using Sync folders to sync between my home network. It simply does the job! Easy to use and fast. Thinking of upgrading to pro.

Its a great software with a very simple way to use. I recommend for all that want to make syncs in a simple way.

I have a macbook, mac and remote mac (2 sites). I needed to be able to simply backup and sync files to a USB 1Tb disk and then take that with me to the other site. I tried several apps, but this one seemed to work the easiest. The Free version syncs only one folder. The pro syncs more. Good app, easy to use and would recommend it.

Works well. Fast and easy to configure. I use it to sync folders from my laptop hard drive to a network drive. Easy backup!

Based on good previous reviews, I chose to give Sync Folders a try. It was fast to set up, easy to configure, and seems quite robust. I like all the features.

My CD collection is ripped, and housed in NAS. The data of ripped CD housed in a local hard disk, and then copy to NAS. In this work flow, "Sync Folders" is I thought it was perfect. The ripped CD data loss is should avoid. I think it happen often at operated manually. If I set in advance in the software, I can proceed without any mistakes. The functionality of the "Sync Folders" is satisfied me. I recommend to PC Audio users.

Great app, i don’t need any sync client (Google Drive, Mega, iCloud Drive etc.) with my Airport Time Capsule on my Mac. I use like iCloud Drive with Auto Sync in everysecond. I choose desktop, documents and downloads in task. And really there is no need sync client. I can access with my iPhone and iPad. Thanks for great app.

The application is very intuitive, smart and using it is a pleasure. Sync Folders I use to update the folders between disk on my computer and the external drive. I highly recommend this app.

Great software, I use it very often to sync many folders on my NAS to locals mac that I use and also with an usb pen that I carry with me everywhere. Options are very simple, and you can start syncing everything you want immediately.

I downloaded this utility to make several backups for my MacBook Pro as i need to create different archive and Sync Folders handle this job very well. You can also choose different sync mode but i found a bit confusing the description A<->B, A<+>B and so on. If you are looking for a simple but effective way to make your backup, Sync Folder is a wyse choice!

I was hoping to use this to sync a directory of photos on my mac with another disk, to keep the two identical. But I can only define one sync task at a time, and it does not find differences between the directories so it fails to copy files. If I manually hit the "Reset" so that it needs to rediscover all files/dirs, then it works. But I really need this to run in the background, always watching these directories for differences, and it is just not reliable for that. The interface needs to be streamlined so that there is one tab that lists all the available sync tasks, with a "+" or "Add" button to create new tasks. Then another tab that shows details on the selected sync task and allows you to set up the task, options, etc. However, this app has duplicate information for the sync tasks on different tabs so it is not clear where the settings are really to be made, and there is seemingly no way to add a task - there is a listbox, but only ever one task. When you select directories to scan and sync, it will reset them to point at the wrong disk (I have a few disks and it seems to want to sync over top of itself!) This is also counter intuitive, and unexpected in a graphical interface. Sadly, I have uninstalled.

I’ve been using Sync Folders for about a year. It works seamlessly. I have two computers that I need to sync: one is a Mac, the other a PC. I store the key files in Microsoft OneDrive in the Cloud. Although I can access that from the Mac, I need those critical files on my Mac’s drive as well - so I use Sync folders. I keep it running in the background, and no sooner have I created the files on the PC then they’re available on my Mac. Handy for attaching from the local drive, too. The program works both ways, so it’s really helpful for me to keep these files up to date - without even thinking about it.

Great product. Works seamless. I use it on two iMacs and a network drive.

I collaborate on spreadsheets with others and needed a system to back up my versions with confidence. I’ve been using this app for about a year and I love that it so far has been flawless and EASY! There is a log tab as well to find out how your last sync went. I use it with external drives as well with no issues!

A long time I was looking for convenient, simple and stable software for syncing folders between my Macbook and server at my work - now I have finally found it - it is this app Sync Folders!
