Very good for synching folders

I downloaded this utility to make several backups for my MacBook Pro as i need to create different archive and Sync Folders handle this job very well.
You can also choose different sync mode but i found a bit confusing the description A<->B, A<+>B and so on.
If you are looking for a simple but effective way to make your backup, Sync Folder is a wyse choice!
